Where the shortfall comes from
Building use changes: an apartment becomes an office, an office becomes a restaurant. Load grows in peaks rather than evenly — kitchen, cooling and heating land in the same hour.
Step one is measurement
We take the actual profile and check where the real maximum sits. Redistributing loads across phases and compensating reactive power is frequently enough.
When we do file
If the process demands it — a commercial kitchen or medical equipment, for example — we prepare the load schedule and the utility package.
